As we draw towards the end of 2018, I thought it would be a good opportunity to fill you in with some of the exciting events that have been happening at TLG-PE HQ over the last few months.
Firstly, we saw a record number of schools join us in the Autumn term, either to further develop their teaching and learning of Physical Education through the TLG-PE system, or to develop their daily physical activity in school via Steps 2 Summit. We are humbled to have so many schools choose us as their partner to support their on-going journey towards a better sport and activity provision for their children.
One of the core principles of everything we do here at TLG-PE is time. Every idea, every improvement, every suggestion has to satisfy one simple question before it even gets talked about – Will this save teachers time?
If the answer is yes, then we can discuss it. If the answer is no, it gets no further than that.
We’re also constantly looking to improve what we offer to schools. Partly through feedback from users and also from advances in technology that allows us to do things differently. Either way, we’re always trying to make teachers lives easier and, you guessed it, save them time.
Over the next few weeks, you will see some amendments and additions that will be appearing on both TLG-PE and Steps 2 Summit from January 2019.
The 12 days of Christmas promotion will outline 12 new products and services (and provide you with a discount code for each!) that will be hitting the shelves on the 1st January.
Let me say now, we are super proud of these!
Some of the things we have developed are not available ANYWHERE else. And, you know what, I doubt anyone else has even thought of them yet.
I don’t want to give too much away, but those people who have been asking for some of the TLG-PE system (not all of it), will be happy.
And those schools who are really finding it difficult to encourage their teachers to formatively assess in PE will discover possibly the most revolutionary product that has ever hit primary PE….. It. Is. So. Cool.
