Primary PE & Sport Premium Inspection and Funding Review For Schools - A FREE and full review...
As recently advised by Ofsted, your Primary PE & School Sport premium must be spent on making additional and sustainable improvements to the provision of PE and sport for the benefit of all pupils to encourage the development of healthy, active lifestyles.
The October 2017 DfE announcement highlighted the 5 key indicators that schools should be expected to demonstrate improvement in as a result of their PE & school sports spending.
In addition, the report highlighted the need for academies and free schools to publish information about their use of the premium by 4 April 2018, and share this clearly on their website. This information should include the amount of premium received, a full breakdown of how it has been spent (or will be spent), what impact the school has seen on pupils' PE and sports participation and attainment and how the improvements will be sustainable in the future. Additionally, schools must now publish information on how many of their year 6 swimming cohort can complete the 3 swimming requirements of the national curriculum.
To help you meet these Ofsted requirements, we can complete a full and thorough review of the current information documented on your website. We will then provide you with a clear action plan, either via video or PDF, outlining the amendments required to bring your statement in-line with Ofsted requirements. This service is completed by us totally FREE of charge and without any obligation, purely for the benefit of your school.
